Return and Exchange Policy



This policy is to ensure your rights and the rights of the store:

  • 1- In case of damage/breakage/defect of the products:

  • 2-In case of demand shortage:

The missing order is sent after confirming the proof of the deficiency by the customer and reviewing our operations to ensure the shortage. The deficiency is shipped to the customer after verification if the amount is more than 30 riyals. If it is less than 30, the customer is given the option to either refund the amount or receive a store coupon. If the customer chooses a coupon, we will increase the amount as a gift to compensate for the error.

If the shortage is part of a product, for example (a set of stickers), the customer will be compensated with a coupon equal to the value of the shortage only.

  • 3-In case of an excess product:

The customer contacts the store's technical support, and the technical support sends a return policy to the customer to deliver it to the shipping company specified by the store, and the store bears the full cost of the return.

  • 4-In case of mistakenly replacing one product with another:

The customer must contact technical support within 24 hours of receiving the order, and the store will send the exchanged product on the customer's invoice, provided that the store sends a return label to the customer for shipping the other product, and the store will bear the cost of shipping and returns.

  • If the customer wants to cancel the order (before/during) the execution of the order:

The customer has the right to contact us to cancel the order within one day from the purchase date if the product is a ready-made product.

  • 6- In case the customer wants to cancel the order immediately after it has been executed:

The customer must notify us immediately before the shipment leaves with the shipping company, otherwise the shipping cost will be deducted from the customer and the products will be returned. After that, the value of the products will be transferred to your bank account within 3 to 30 days.

  • 7- Custom execution requests cannot be returned after execution (the paper sticker) and any product that is not ready and is prepared based on the customer's request

  • 8- Seasonal product requests such as (holiday distributions) cannot be exchanged or returned after the order is placed.

  • 9- If the customer wants to return the order after it has arrived:

The customer has the right to contact us to return the order within one day only from the date of receipt of the order if the product is a ready-made product.

The customer must bear the cost of delivery/shipping of the product to the store and it must be in its original condition.

  • 10- Duration of cash refund:

If the refund of the purchase amount is approved for any of the previous cases, the refund will be processed within 5 to 30 days or according to the days determined by the banks; we can process it before this date.

  • 11- If the product has been shipped and has not been received by the customer and returned to the store's location, the customer is not entitled to request an exchange or return in this case.

  • 12- If a month has passed since the shipment and it has not been received, we disclaim any responsibility for it.

  • 13- If you are unsure about the specifications of a particular product, you can inquire about it before making a purchase. The customer does not have the right to return the product because they did not read the product description.

  • 14- If the order is executed as per the client's request, the client is not entitled to exchange or return after the execution of the order has begun.


  • Digital Product Policy:

Non-exchangeable or non-returnable

Valid for one transaction only and cannot be used partially.

The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


If the product purchased using the gift voucher is returned, the value of the gift voucher will not be refunded to the customer in cash, but the product can be exchanged for another available product of the same value as the used gift voucher.
