Custom Orders Policy – Custom Metal Stickers
Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your order:
🔹 Production Time
• The production time for Custom Metal Stickers is up to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the final design.
🔹 Minimum Order
• The minimum quantity is 50 pieces per design.
🔹 Design and Quality
• The metal sticker is produced based on the design sent by the customer as is.
• The quality of the final product directly depends on the quality of the file sent by the customer.
• It is preferred to send the design in PDF format or high-resolution files to ensure the best result.
• If a low-quality design is sent, production will proceed with the available file without the store being responsible for any deficiency in the final quality.
🔹 Modifications and Details
• The store does not make any modifications to the design
• Any modifications, notes, or specific details (such as size, thickness, cutting, color, or any additional requirements) must be clearly specified by the customer before production begins.
• Once production has started, no modifications or order cancellations can be made.
🔹 Payment and No Refunds
• The order will be processed after order confirmation and payment.
• All Custom Metal Stickers orders are considered custom orders as per the customer's request.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed after order confirmation or the start of production for any reason.
🔹 Approval and Responsibility
• Order confirmation means the customer's full agreement to:
• The submitted design
• The quantity
• The price
• The production time
• The store is not responsible for any results arising from deficiencies or poor quality of the design provided by the customer.
