Order Fulfillment Policy

 

This policy has been established to maintain product quality and ensure that orders are executed accurately and professionally. We believe that rushing can negatively impact product quality, especially since all our products are executed with care, particularly the paper stickers.

* If the product is ready (Metal sticker):

The order processing takes (1-2) business days.

* If the order is to be executed as per the client's request (Metal sticker):

The order processing takes (10-25) business days.

* In case the order is a batch (Metal sticker):

The order processing takes (10-25) business days.

* If the order is to be executed as per the client's request (paper sticker):

The order processing takes (1-3) business days.

* In case the order is a batch (paper sticker):

The order processing takes (1-3) business days.

* If the request is during peak times:

The order processing takes (1-7) business days.

• In case of seasonal offers:

Order processing takes 3-7 business days

Note that weekends and official holidays are not included in the working days.
